A PARADOX: The upright Man.

“OUR CHARACTER IS DEVELOPED FULLY BY HIS POWER AND GRACE.”

First Corinthians 15:10 contains a great paradox. “By the grace of the Most High God of IsraEL I am that I am, and His grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them–yet not I, but the grace of the Most High God that was with me.” Our character is developed fully by the power and grace of the Most High God which works within us. Yet, it is also a conscious decision we make to bring our mind, heart, and actions into line with His will.

Hebrews 4:13 says “Nothing in all creation is hidden from the Most High God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.” The Most High knows you inside and out. He knows your secret thoughts and feelings, your dreams and aspirations. The Most High knows where your loyalties are and where your weaknesses cause you to stumble. He watches you interact with His people and react to circumstances. The Most High looks to see if you are trustworthy and faithful. He can do much through you if your character is right.

If you are a man of little integrity or questionable character, do not expect The Most High to reveal much of Himself to you or to use you significantly for His Kingdom. If you are a man of great character and integrity, you no doubt already have experienced His activity in your life and serve Him. The Most High God of IsraEL is a mighty God who hears and saves us. But our sins separate us from Him, and as a result, our relationship with Him is not what it should be. All sins equally separate us from Him—sins of doing wrong and sins of not doing right. Inaction and words can be as destructive as action and physical violence.

Consider the sins described in Isaiah: 59:4:

“No one calls for justice; no one pleads his case with integrity. They rely on empty arguments and speak lies; they conceive trouble and give birth to evil.”

When truth becomes victim to preserving our own safety and comfort, or when rationales take the place of facts, we will find ourselves involved in sin.

THE SONG OF SONGS WHICH IS SOLOMON:

“I am the rose of Sharon and the lily of the valley.”

As the lily among thorns,
so is my love among the daughters.

As the apple tree among the trees of the wood, so is my beloved among the sons. I sat down under his shadow with great delight, and his fruit was sweet to my taste. He brought me to the banqueting-house and his banner over me was love. Stay me with flagons, comfort me with apples, for I am sick of love. His left hand is under my head, and his right hand doth embrace me. I charge you. O ye daughters of Jerusalem, by the roes, and by the hinds of the fields, that ye stir not up, nor awake my love, till he please.

the voice of my beloved! behold, he cometh leaping upon the mountains, skipping upon the hills. My beloved is like a roe or a young hart: behold, he standeth behind our wall, he looketh forth at the windows, showing himself through the lattice. My beloved spoke, and said unto me, Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away. For, lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone; The flowers appear on the earth, the time of the singing of birds is come, and the voice of the turtle is heard in our land. The fig tree putteth forth her green figs, and the vines with the tender grape give a good smell. Arise, my love my fair one, and come away.

A WRITER’S OPINION: A WORDSMITH.

This article is about writers who use words. For writers of books, non-fiction, fiction, poets, songwriters, copywriters.

writer is a person who uses written words in different styles and techniques to communicate ideas. Writers produce different forms of literary art and creative writing such as novels, short stories, books, poetry, plays, screenplays, teleplays, songs, and essays as well as other reports and news articles that may be of interest to the public. Writers’ texts are published across a range of media. Skilled writers who are able to use language to express ideas well, often contribute significantly to the cultural content of a society.[1]

The term “writer” is also used elsewhere in the arts and music – such as songwriter or a screenwriter – but as a standalone “writer” normally refers to the creation of written language. Some writers work from an oral tradition.

Writers can produce material across a number of genres, fictional or non-fictional. Other writers use multiple media – for example, graphics or illustration – to enhance the communication of their ideas. Another recent demand has been created by civil and government readers for the work of non-fictional technical writers, whose skills create understandable, interpretive documents of a practical or scientific kind. Some writers may use images (drawing, painting, graphics) or multimedia to augment their writing. In rare instances, creative writers are able to communicate their ideas via music as well as words.[2]

As well as producing their own written works, writers often write on how they write (that is, the process they use);[3] why they write (that is, their motivation);[4] and also comment on the work of other writers (criticism).[5] Writers work professionally or non-professionally, that is, for payment or without payment and may be paid either in advance (or on acceptance), or only after their work is published. Payment is only one of the motivations of writers and many are not paid for their work.

The term writer is often used as a synonym of author, although the latter term has a somewhat broader meaning and is used to convey legal responsibility for a piece of writing, even if its composition is anonymous, unknown or collaborative.

LAWS, STATUES & COMMANDMENTS:

The Businessman and Wise Counsel:

Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked or stand in the way of sinners or sit in the seat of mockers. But his delight is in the law of the Most High God of Israel, and on His law he meditates day and night. He is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields it fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither. Whatever he does prospers. {Psalm 1:1-3.}

Exodus: Chapter, 20: verse 1, thru. 17.

And God spoke all these words, saying. "I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. Thou shalt have no other gods before me. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. "Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a "jealous God", visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me: and showing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments. Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain: The LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain. Remember the Sabbath Day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou Labor, and do all thy work; but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: "for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath Day, and hollowed it. Honor thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
"Thou shalt not kill.
"Thou shalt not commit adultery.
"Thou shalt not steal.
Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor.
"Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's house.
" Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor anything that is thy neighbor's.

THE SONG OF SOLOMON:

NOTE: Among the multitudes who read the Bible there are comparatively few who have a clear understanding of the Song of Solomon. Some have thought it to be a collection of songs, but it is more generally understood to be a sort of drama, the positive interpretation of which is impossible because the identity of the speakers and the length of the speeches are not disclosed.

The song of songs, which is Solomon's

Let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth: for thy love is better than wine. Because of the savor of thy good ointments thy name is as ointment poured forth, therefore do the virgins love thee: the king hath brought me into his chambers: we will be glad and rejoice in thee, we will remember thy love more than wine: the upright love thee. I am black, but comely, O ye daughters of Jerusalem, as the tents of Kedar, as the curtains of Solomon. Look not upon me because I am black, because the sun hath looked upon me: my mother's children were angry with me: they made me the keeper of the vineyards, but my own vineyard have I not kept. Tell me, O thou whom my soul loveth, where thou feedest, where thou makest thy flock to rest at noon: for why should I be as one that turneth aside by the flocks of thy companions?
If thou know not, O thou fairest of women, go thy way forth by the footsteps of the flock, and feed thy kids beside the shepherds' tents. I have compared thee, O my love, to a company of horses in Pharaoh's chariots. Thy cheeks are comely with rows of jewels, thy neck with chains of gold. We will make thee borders of gold with studs of silver.

HOW GOD SHAPES A MAN:

“I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” {Jeremiah 29:11}

YOUR LIFE IS THE WEIGHT OF YOUR WORDS….

Trouble! Throughout the Bible, God often used trouble to shape, grow, and discipline His people. Today, most of us would readily admit we are shaped by our experiences. God has provided us that characteristic so he can shape us. Each life experience, enjoyable or not, can remind us of our dependence on God. He is the source of every good thing, as well as the one who strengthens, guides, and helps us in times of trouble. God is certainly able to shape a man through blessings. The life of Job was one of many blessings that nevertheless grew a character in him that continued to trust God, even when tragedy left him with nothing else. More often, however, men learn only when they are in trouble that God alone is able to handle all they face. In times of serious crisis men realize their dependence on God's love. Even so, God can use every day and every circumstance to teach and deliver us. As God does, he shape us to make us more useful to Himself.

FAITHFULNESS: THE PROMISE.

“FOR WE WALK BY FAITH AND NOT BY SITE.”

Rock of Ages Entertainment

The word faithful is linked to a promise: “Be faithful, even unto the point of death, and I will give you the crown of life” (Rev. 2:10). Faithfulness is a lifelong goal. It is persevering to the end. Faithfulness is remaining true to The Most High God and His Word through discouragement and difficulty as well as joy and success. Anything short of finishing the race is to be disqualified, and everyone who crosses the finish line is a winner.

The Most High God of Israel is searching for faithful men. He is searching for men He can trust to intercede on His behalf of our nation. TMH. is looking for men He can trust with God-sized task (Ezek. 22:30). Will you be that man? Will His eyes rest on you or pass over you?

You may have been unfaithful. You may have stumbled in the race and are limping…

FEAR OF THE MOST HIGH GOD:

Fear brings a sense of awe and reverence toward the Most High God. Sometimes biblical fear can also refer to terror or dread when facing TMH’s judgement. A lack of fear of “Ahayah ashar Ahayah; I Am that I Am,” His true biblical name in paleo Hebrew written in the King James version 1611 and the Amplified Bible, Zondervan. Exodus Chap. 3, verses: 14,15. Demonstrates a lack of understanding of who He is and what He is able to do. Christians display a lack of fear when they….

  1. continually use His name in vain;
  2. deliberately sin, expecting TMH. to forgive them;
  3. view worship, prayer, tithing, studying HIS Word, and commitment to the church as options for the Christian; approach to TMH. God in worship with a flippant attitude.

The apostle Paul knew the God of Israel. The same man who wrote of the unfathomable depths of the God of Israel’s love in Ephesians: 3 spoke of “the terror of TMH.” in 2nd. Corinthians 5:11 (NKJV). His certainty of the God of Israel judgement motivated him to persuade others of the truth. Fearing TMH. God is part of walking in His ways, loving Him and serving Him with all our hearts as we observe His commandments. “And now, O’ Israel, what does the LORD your God ask of you but to fear the LORD your God, to walk in all His ways, to love Him, to serve the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul, and to observe the LORD’S commandments and decrees that I am giving you today for your own good?” {Deut. 10:12–13}

To often we are more afraid of men than we are of GOD. Most men dread being ridiculed by others. Jesus warned. “Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell” {Matt: 10:28}.
